If you are able to, you will need to open your ps3, take out the hard drive, wait for a couple of minutes and put it back. If you want stay on the safe side, get it fixed by Sony. If you have the warranty, it will cost about 150$. If you do not, unfortunately, you will need to buy a new ps3.
